Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RedditPill ("the Service", "Platform"), operated by That Pitch ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

RedditPill is a SaaS platform that helps software founders grow their products on Reddit. The Service includes:

• AI-powered Reddit post generation and optimization
• Lead detection by surfacing relevant Reddit threads
• Smart scheduling with Google Calendar integration
• Keyword monitoring across subreddits
• AI-generated comments and post rewrites
• A content library to save and manage posts
• Multi-SaaS management dashboard

The Service is built for SaaS founders and digital product owners who want to grow their audience and acquire customers through organic Reddit activity.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use RedditPill. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must also connect your Reddit account to use posting, scheduling, and engagement features. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your connected Reddit account.

RedditPill offers four subscription tiers: Starter ($29/month), Growth ($49/month), Pro ($79/month), and Enterprise ($129/month). All plans include a 3-day free trial.

After the free trial period, your selected plan will be billed monthly. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

You agree to use RedditPill in compliance with Reddit's User Agreement and Content Policy. You must not use the Service to:

• Engage in spam, manipulation, or vote manipulation on Reddit
• Create accounts or posts designed to deceive or defraud users
• Generate content that violates Reddit's rules or any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

RedditPill uses AI to generate Reddit posts, comments, and content suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• All AI-generated content is a suggestion and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing
• You own the content you publish through the Service
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will perform as expected or comply with specific subreddit rules
• You are solely responsible for the content you post on Reddit using our tools

RedditPill and its underlying technology, branding, and design are the property of That Pitch. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.

Content you create using RedditPill remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service integrates with Reddit (via Reddit's official API) and Google Calendar. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect the functionality of RedditPill.

Your use of RedditPill is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process the minimum data required to provide the Service, including your account information, connected Reddit credentials, and usage data.

RedditPill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, including traffic, upvotes, or customer acquisition. Reddit's platform rules, algorithm, and moderation policies are outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, That Pitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to account suspensions on Reddit, lost revenue, or loss of data.

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, Reddit's policies, or applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
