RedditPill is operated by That Pitch. We build tools to help SaaS founders grow their products through organic Reddit marketing. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at helloredditpill@gmail.com.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: Your name, email address, and profile picture, provided when you sign in with Google.
• SaaS information: Details about your product (name, URL, description, target audience) that you provide during onboarding to personalise AI-generated content.
• Reddit credentials: OAuth tokens that allow RedditPill to publish posts and read subreddit data on your behalf, via Reddit's official API.
• Google Calendar credentials: Optional OAuth tokens used to send you scheduling reminders for optimal posting times.
• Usage data: How you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, posts scheduled, and keywords tracked.
• Payment data: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We only receive confirmation of payment status and your subscription plan.

We use your data to:

• Provide and personalise the RedditPill service — including generating AI posts, detecting leads, scheduling content, and tracking keywords
• Manage your account, subscription, and billing
• Send transactional emails (e.g. trial reminders, billing receipts)
• Improve and develop the platform based on usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

RedditPill uses OpenAI's API to generate post content based on the SaaS information you provide. Your product description and context are sent to OpenAI to produce relevant results. We do not share personally identifiable information with OpenAI beyond what is strictly necessary to generate content.

Content you generate and publish through RedditPill becomes your content. We do not claim ownership of anything you publish.

We share your data only with the following trusted third-party services, which are necessary to operate RedditPill:

• Supabase — our database and authentication infrastructure
• OpenAI — AI content generation (post copy, comments, rewrites)
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Reddit API — publishing posts and reading subreddit data on your behalf
• Google OAuth / Google Calendar API — account sign-in and optional scheduling reminders

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with any other parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g. billing records).

Reddit and Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and are removed when you disconnect the integration or delete your account.

RedditPill uses session cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. We may use anonymous analytics to understand aggregate platform usage.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data

RedditPill is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
